There will be changing facilities, with showers, and toilets, but no indoor facitilies inbetween the games. If it is raining, we will put up a tent and provide umbrellas if needed (at the courts).

You will also need a cellphone with access to the internet. We will use online scoring, where you can also see the schedule (Link is provided in the bottom).

It is possible to buy food and drinks close to the courts, multiple options in a 10 minute walk radius. There is not option for buying food at the courts, but drinking water is available (bring your own bottles).

Putting "Aalborg Beachvolley Klub" into google maps will take you to the courts. There will be a guide to the changing rooms from there, but please be ready at 8:30.

Equipment and requirements:

We will provide you with balls for warmup and gameplay. You will need the following: Clothes for multiple weather conditions. In Denmark it can go from sun to rain rather quickly, and the temperature might change as a result. Bring different set of clothes, and an outer layer you can "quickly" remove and put on again when you are done playing. Check the weather both the day before, and in the morning!
Rules and regulations:
- We will be playing accordingly to the FIVB Beachvolley rules 2021-2024 - Official Rules of the Games
Because of the required time slot, we will be using the following game system:
All games will be played as a Best of three (BO3) sets, every set to 15, lead by 2 (Meaning if the score is 14-14, the win will be first at 16, 15-15, win will be first at 17, and so on).
This is exempt in the Finals, and the runner Up game, which will be played as a BO3, set to 21, tie breaker (Third set), to 15. Every set lead by 2 to win.
